1. We are an advertising company/agency and we are looking at some games to be developed around a theme that we have. How can Innoken help?

   Innoken can work with you on your concepts and develop games as per your requirement. Our games are different and innovative. 2. I have seen some games that allow the gamers to create their own avatars. We would like to have such games developed for our online advertising campaign. Do you think you can help us create it?

   Of course! Depending on the characteristics that you would like to have in the avatar, we would be glad to create a game with “Create your own Avatar” functionality.

3. We would like to add a series of Flash Edu-Games in some WBTs that we are developing. Does Innoken develop edu-games that can be added to existing WBTs?

   Yes, we can certainly develop edu-games as standalone objects that can be added to your existing HTML/Flash content. You may choose to provide your own idea for the game/edu-game, or have Innoken's design team ideate for you. 4. Can I put your Flash edu-games/eLearning simulations in my existing tutorials that are being served from an LMS?

   Sure, Flash is a cross platform technology. Almost all LMSs are designed to support Flash content. However, if you have any specific requirement, please contact us.

5. I want to create some complex inteactive simulations on projectile motion and wave theory. Do you think you can create such simulations, which can be put on Internet for online learning?

   Sure. Innoken has an extremely competent development team that combines the knowledge of Physics and Math to build realistic interactive simulations according to the need of our clients. 6. What support can I expect from Innoken for its games and eLearning products?

   Should you find any kind of problem with our games please feel free to contact us. We will rectify the problem immediately. We will highly appreciate if before sending us a mail you check that:

   • Your browser has Flash 6 Plug-in or higher,
   • And you are using IE 5.5 or Netscape 6 or higher.

1. I don't seem to have the latest Flash plugin? What should I do?
   

   Our games require Flash 6 plug-in or higher. You can download the latest plug-in from here.

2. What is the best screen resolution to play your games and edugames?

   Most of our games are designed for a screen resolution of 1072x768 with true color. We recommend that you have a screen resolution of 1072x768 and set it to display true color.

3. When I click to play a game, a window opens but the program doesn't begin. What is happening?

   Our products require Flash 6 plug-in or higher. There is a possibility that you have an older version of the plug-in. You can download the latest plug-in from here. Please also make sure that you are using IE 5.5 or Netscape 6 or higher.

4. When I tried controlling the characters in a game through a keyboard, I couldn't. What is happening?

   All Flash programs playing in a browser require that they should have the focus, while you are entering something in textbox or controlling a character/object through keyboard keys. To get focus, just click anywhere on the game!

5. Are the games on your games site free?

   Yes, they are. You are welcome to play our games. You are also welcome to recommend our games to your friends through the Tell-a-Friend link given on each game page.

6. Can I link to Innoken Games on my Blog/Website?
